Premium Drone Sprayer Service:<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

  1. The client certifies that they are the owner of the property or are authorized by the owner to carry out the spraying work.<\/p><\/li>

  2. The client understands and acknowledges that Caribe Drones Systems LLC (CDS) will be spraying their property with agricultural products authorized under the laws of the Department of Agriculture of Puerto Rico and the EPA.<\/p><\/li>

  3. CDS will use the dosage specified on the labels of the agricultural products.<\/p><\/li>

  4. CDS and its staff will make every effort to prevent or at least minimize damages, but cannot guarantee that no damages will occur.<\/p><\/li>

  5. The client has been informed and understands that due to the effect of drift and wind during the aerial spraying process, damages may occur to properties, structures, animals, plant crops, and\/or people within or near the spraying area.<\/p><\/li>

  6. The client agrees to keep people and animals out of the spraying area during and after the spraying process as specified on the label of each agrochemical.<\/p><\/li>

  7. Coveralls, safety boots, goggles, and gloves are the minimum required attire for individuals within or near the premises to be sprayed. Anyone present in the spraying area must at all times wear the minimum required attire during the spraying.<\/p><\/li>

  8. The client agrees to have a representative from their company present at all times to assist our staff.<\/p><\/li>

  9. The client agrees to provide the labels of the products to be used in advance, in order to maintain the required application records as mandated by the Department of Agriculture of Puerto Rico.<\/p><\/li>

  10. The client understands that CDS is not liable for any damages caused by the spraying process.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    Espa\u00f1ol<\/span><\/p>

    Servicio Premium de Aspersi\u00f3n con Drones:<\/p>

    \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    1. El cliente certifica que es el due\u00f1o de la finca o est\u00e1 autorizado por el mismo a realizarlos trabajos de aspersi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    2. El cliente entiende y consciente que Caribe Drones Systems LLC (CDS) estar\u00e1 asperjando su
    finca con agro-productos autorizados bajo las leyes del Departamento de Agricultura de Puerto
    Rico y EPA.\u00a0<\/p>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    3. CDS utilizar\u00e1 la dosis establecida en las etiquetas de los agro-productos.<\/p>

    4. CDS y su personal har\u00e1n todo lo posible para evitar o al menos garantizar que los da\u00f1os se mantengan al m\u00ednimo, pero no puede garantizar que no ocurrir\u00e1n da\u00f1os.\u00a0<\/p>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    5. El cliente fue orientado y entiende que debido al efecto de la deriva y el viento durante el proceso de aspersi\u00f3n a\u00e9rea SE PUEDEN PRODUCIR DA\u00d1OS en propiedades, estructuras, animales, cultivos de plantas y\/o personas que se encuentren en o cercanos al \u00e1rea de aspersi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    6. El cliente se compromete a mantener fuera del \u00e1rea de aspersi\u00f3n a personas y animales durante y despu\u00e9s del proceso de aspersi\u00f3n seg\u00fan el tiempo establecido en la etiqueta de cada agro-producto.\u00a0<\/p>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    7. Mamelucos, botas de seguridad, gafas y guantes son la indumentaria m\u00ednima requerida para las personas que se encuentren en o cercanos a los predios a asperjarse. Toda persona que se encuentre en los predios del \u00e1rea a ser asperjada debe estar en todo momento durante la aspersi\u00f3n con dicha indumentaria m\u00ednima requerida.\u00a0<\/p>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    8. El cliente se compromete a tener un representante de su empresa presente en todo\u00a0momento asistiendo a nuestro personal.\u00a0<\/p>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    9. El cliente se compromete a proveer de forma anticipada la etiqueta de los\u00a0productos que se utilizaran, esto para mantener el registro de aplicaci\u00f3n\u00a0requerido por el Departamento de Agricultura de Puerto Rico.\u00a0<\/p>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    10. El\u00a0cliente entiende que CDS no se hace responsable por ning\u00fan da\u00f1o causado por el\u00a0proceso de aspersi\u00f3n.<\/p>
